Kim... u said i'm heartless and cold-blooded, rights... *evirl laugh*... well, took my evirlness to a new pinnacle today and I'm darn proud of myself... MUAHARHAR... coz resultant is that I can finally get back my phone after the "few days" nokia promised me, which translated to FOURTEEN DAYS! the staff was so apologetic... coz I had faxed a complaint to both the JP branch of nokia where i sent my hp for repair... AND the nokia head office... MUAHARHAR... but I'm NOT sorry... :P not only did they took so so so much longer than promised, they didn't update me on the status of my phone, nor were the phone lines attended too! then when I tried to email them, the system don't work!! lucky they responded to my fax, I was ready to write to forum about nokia's sucky service... :P

Finally ada jugak response... i was beginning to think i bual sorang2... hahaha... yah... niez balik2 terus bz giler agaknya eh... senyap dah sunyi jer...
